During my shift on Tuesday, Matthew and I worked with Marketing on a photo shoot with all the delicious food the Zone offers. Perhaps it is my love for ice cream or my embarrassing appreciation (see also, obsession) with fashion photography, either way this was WAY FUN!
Marketing set up white paper (very chic) for the background and floor, powered a Nikon camera, and grabbed a tri-pod, while Kyle was blending milkshakes. I would top each shake with ribbons of whipped cream and lace chocolate syrup over each white layer for decor. Then we would make our specialty desserts, decorating each plate with a mired of red, brown, white, colors which compose our delectable Brownie Sundae and create a bright lime green mint chocolate chip sundae with marshmallow sauce and chocolate sprinkles. It was heavenly for the eyes and palate. Some lucky customers even got free desserts on this day. HELLO?! We weren't going to let it all go to waste! Next time, it could be you!!!
